I’m so glad I stumbled upon Lumin. It’s more expensive than my last lash place, but they are totally worth it! Haley (front desk) is SO sweet. When I booked online incorrectly, she called to make sure that what I entered online was actually what I wanted since it was not consistent with my last visit. The location itself is very clean and calming. The appointment booking process is so convenient and easy. And I love that they’re open until 7:00pm so I can go after work.
My lash tech, Tammy, was AMAZING! She understood exactly what I wanted and delivered! She was kind, gentle, and honest, and she didn’t berate me when I (sheepishly) admitted that I don’t clean my lashes as often as I should. She made sure that my eyes didn’t burn during the cleanse and the application. Tammy was also super quick but not at the expense of doing quality work! She cleaned my lashes, did the prep work, and did my refill (upgrade from hybrid to medium volume) in an hour and did a great job! I think I I’ve found my new lash girl!
