Course Policy: Student(s) who sign up must be 18 years of age or older to register for any course they wish to attend. Failure to provide identification for date of birth purposes will result in cancellation of the course. The payments made for any of the courses are non-refundable and non-transferable, under any exceptions.

Student(s) who sign up must upload a state issued driver license or id. In addition, student(s) must bring with them the first day of the course to verify identity, and age.

Courses are for registered student(s) only. Course requires a minimum attendance of days posted for course’s selected in the description. Days of training will be Monday-Saturday. If a student wishes to come more than days posted for course’s selected in the description, it is permitted upon instructor's approval.  Training will consist of subject theory followed by practical training. Students are recommended to bring their own model for practical training. LuminLASH LLC can provide model(s) but must be notified in advance to acquire model(s).

There must be no additional guests in the learning area, and models are required to leave after the student(s) has practiced course treatment on them. 

In addition, no filming of any part of the course is allowed unless an instructor says it is okay. Taking before and after of the models performed by students are permitted . However, no recording of any part of training is allowed.

Upon completion of  the course, student(s) understand the Board of Cosmetology and Barbering, and tattooing industry regulations and standards in each respective state. Thus, the student(s) agrees and understands the completion of this course does not qualify or certify you to perform, for compensation, the services or procedures taught. Performing the services or procedures taught in this course for compensation requires that the provider be properly licensed in the state and city of which the services or procedures are performed. It is your responsibility to be aware of all applicable laws and regulations regarding the performances of these services. The student(s) promises not to hold LuminLASH LLC accountable and liable for any malpractice or wrong doing.

This course constitutes an agreement between the student mentioned above and LuminLASH LLC regarding instruction for the course selected. I agree and abide by all terms mentioned above. My name typed below will stand in as my signature confirming I have read all the information above.
